Warehouse operations primarily center around order processing. The process starts with order picking, where employees gather items based on a list provided by their team leader. They use a scanner to read and prepare these items for shipment. Forklift operators are essential to this process, handling tasks such as transporting and storing product pallets, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting order picking.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and preparing orders for shipment;
- Operating the forklift for various tasks;
- Verifying and managing inventory;
- Maintaining and updating the inventory system.
