Over de functie
Do you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for greenery? As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you keep parks, public gardens, and green areas neat and well-maintained. You’ll work daily with tools like a hoe and leaf blower to maintain the environment.
No two days are the same, except that you’ll always be working outside in the fresh air.
What will you do?
Maintain parks, green areas, and roadside verges.
Prune trees and shrubs.
Remove weeds and mow grass.
Keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy.

Wat wij vragen
- Two right hands, a strong work ethic, and no fear of getting your hands dirty.
- A driver’s license is a plus, but not required.
- Experience is welcome, but motivation to work is essential.
Wat wij bieden
A job in the outdoors – no office lighting, just fresh air (and yes, sometimes rain).
A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,000 based on a 38.75-hour workweek.
25 vacation days (accrued proportionally) in line with the NBBU collective labor agreement.
8.33% holiday allowance, paid in May.
