Over de functie
As an Operator, you and your colleagues are responsible for keeping the production lines and machines running. You'll work in two shifts, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM. Saturdays are common; you can work extra hours or get a weekday off in return. You'll process various types of food, up to 200 different products.
As an Operator, your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and adjusting the machines.
- Coordinating the production process.
- Preparing the necessary materials for production and packaging.
- Identifying and resolving deviations in the production process.
- Resolving malfunctions and reporting them to the Team Leader.
- Keeping the production environment clean and tidy in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Assisting and supporting your colleagues in production as needed.
Over het bedrijf
As an Operator food, you'll work for a large international organization active in the food industry. They process various types of food products, from chicken to complete (vegetarian) meals and salads. Their product range includes 200 different products, and they process 250,000 products daily. Of course, you won't be working alone, but with 700 colleagues. The work location is easily accessible by car and bicycle.

Wat wij vragen
- You speak fluent English or Dutch.
- Experience as an Operator in the food sector and you are familiar with HACCP guidelines.
- Working with a face mask and hairnet, among other things, is no problem for you.
- You are flexible; Saturdays are sometimes required.

Wat wij bieden
- Salary - €3,061 gross per month on a full-time basis, including a 12.5% shift allowance.
- ADV allowance - 5.77% of the hours worked per period.
- Increments - One step annually, with a 3% salary increase on July 1, 2026, and a 0.5% increase on January 1, 2027.
- Overtime allowances - 25% for 2 hours of overtime and 50% for other overtime.
- Contract with our client - After approximately 8 months, based on satisfactory performance.
