For a location in Castricum (Duin en Bosch), we are looking for a Cleaner to clean residential properties.

As a Cleaner, you will help ensure that residents live in a clean, fresh and pleasant environment. Through your work, you contribute every day to their comfort, wellbeing and sense of feeling at home.

What will you be doing?
You will work independently in various residential properties at Duin en Bosch. Your duties will include:
- Vacuuming and cleaning floors;
- Cleaning bedrooms, living rooms and other areas;
- Dusting and cleaning surfaces;
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets;
- Ensuring a fresh, clean and well-maintained living environment.
You work carefully and have an eye for detail. You understand that you are not simply cleaning a space, but are contributing to the wellbeing and quality of life of the people who live there.
Wat wij vragen
What do we expect from you?
- You are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm;
- Due to the location being difficult to reach by public transport, you have your own means of transport (car or bicycle);
- You speak Dutch and/or English;
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but what matters most is your willingness to make a positive difference in someone else's life.
Wat wij bieden
As a Cleaner, we offer you:
- A gross hourly wage of €15.52;
- Approximately 26 days of annual leave based on a full-time employment contract (pro rata for part-time employment);
- 8% holiday allowance on your gross salary, paid annually in May/June;
- Travel allowance of €0.14–€0.23 per km, depending on your commuting distance, from 20 km per day;
- Pension contributions from day one;
