Over de functie
As a forklift driver, you play an important role in the warehouse, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly. The responsibilities of a forklift driver include:
- Loading and unloading trucks;
- Moving goods within the warehouse;
- Picking, checking, and preparing orders for shipment;
- Processing incoming and outgoing goods administratively;
- Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.
This is a temporary position for the summer period. If both parties are satisfied and performance is good, there is a possibility of continuing employment within the organization for a longer period.
Over het bedrijf
You will be working for a logistics organization in the Weert area. This company focuses on storage, transport, and distribution of various products, including international beverages. Every day, goods arrive that are processed and prepared for distribution throughout the Netherlands.
Wat wij vragen
- Experience as a forklift driver with a valid forklift certificate;
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
- Motivated and flexible attitude;
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
- Experience with a reach truck or a reach truck certificate is a strong advantage.
Wat wij bieden
- Salary between €2,950 and €3,650 gross per month, including shift allowance;
- Working in a 3-shift system (06:00 - 14:30 / 14:00 - 22:30 / 22:00 - 06:30);
- 150% Saturday allowance;
- 8% holiday allowance;
