Warehouse Operative – Logistics & Warehouse

Are you physically active, organised and able to work accurately? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join various clients within the logistics and distribution sector.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will help ensure that goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently. You will play an important role in keeping the logistics process running smoothly and making sure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Depending on the position, your duties may include order picking, receiving and checking goods, preparing orders for dispatch and keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised. You may also operate equipment such as an electric pallet truck (EPT), forklift truck or reach truck, depending on the requirements of the role.

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities may include:

• Receiving and checking incoming goods;
• Picking and preparing orders;
• Picking products and packing them for dispatch;
• Loading and unloading goods;
• Moving and storing products safely;
• Checking quantities and goods for accuracy;
• Maintaining and checking stock levels;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised;
• Working closely with colleagues in the warehouse and logistics teams.
