Operator

As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You’ll work on one of our production lines, together with a small team of colleagues, and make sure everything is produced safely, efficiently, and to the right quality standards.

No previous experience as an Operator? No problem! Your motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most. We’ll teach you everything you need to know on the job.

You’ll work regular day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, giving you a predictable schedule and your evenings free.

What does your workday look like?

The production department has 8 production lines, with a team of 4 colleagues working together on each line:

• One colleague works at the end of the conveyor belt, checking the products and removing them from the line;
• Three colleagues work with the moulds, operate the machines, and fill the moulds.

You’ll work closely with your team to keep the production process running smoothly and ensure the finished products meet the required quality standards.

What will you be doing?

• Starting, operating, and monitoring the production line;
• Working with moulds and supporting the production process;
• Checking the quality of concrete products;
• Keeping your workplace clean, organised, and safe;
• Working closely with your colleagues to keep production running efficiently;
• Sharing ideas and suggestions to improve the production process.

Is the work physically demanding?

The work is generally not physically demanding. The most physical task is occasionally shovelling concrete back into the moulds when some falls beside them. In practice, this happens only occasionally when the machines are properly adjusted.
