Operator

As an Operator, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You work at the end of the production line, where you are responsible for packaging frozen meat products. You operate modern machinery, carefully monitor temperatures and ensure that everything complies with quality standards and HACCP guidelines.
But your role involves more than just operating machines.
You work alongside production employees, provide guidance when necessary and maintain an overview of the process. Do you see opportunities to improve or streamline the way things are done? You will have the opportunity to share your ideas, and your input is valued!

• A competitive salary of €2,693.48 to €3,010.17 gross per month, based on 37.7 hours per week.

What does your working day look like?

You start your shift by checking that the production line is operating correctly. You then closely monitor the machinery and temperatures. You ensure that products are packaged correctly and that quality standards are consistently maintained.
You work according to HACCP guidelines and handle various types of processed meat products.
You are also the main point of contact for the production employees on your line. You support your colleagues whenever necessary and work together to ensure that the production process continues to run smoothly.
This means your job involves more than performing the same tasks all day. You take responsibility, work with both machinery and people, and actively contribute to an efficient production process.

Working hours

You will work a three-shift rotation, with shifts running from Sunday night through Thursday night.

• Shift 1: 21:45–06:00
• Shift 2: 13:45–22:00
• Shift 3: 05:45–14:00
