Over de functie
As an Operator, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You work at the end of the production line, where you are responsible for packaging frozen meat products. You operate modern machinery, monitor temperatures, and ensure that everything complies with quality and HACCP guidelines.

Your responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring the production line;
- Monitoring machinery, temperatures, and product quality;
- Packaging various types of frozen meat products;
- Working according to HACCP and quality guidelines;
- Supervising and supporting production employees;
- Identifying and resolving minor technical issues;
- Contributing ideas for improvements to the production process.
Working hours:
You will work from Sunday evening/night through Thursday evening/night in a 3-shift system:
- 1st shift: 21:45 – 06:00;
- 2nd shift: 13:45 – 22:00;
- 3rd shift: 05:45 – 14:00.

Wat wij vragen
You don’t need to know everything already. The most important thing is that you are motivated to work and willing to take responsibility. It is also helpful if:
- You have experience as a machine operator;
- You enjoy working in a 3-shift system;
- You are physically fit and able to perform physical work;
- You don’t mind working with frozen products.
Wat wij bieden
- A salary of €2,693.48 to €3,100 gross per month, based on a 37.7-hour working week, excluding shift allowance and ADV compensation;
- A position as an Operator working in a 3-shift system;
- Working days from Sunday night through Thursday night, with the early shift starting on Sunday night/Monday morning and the final shift ending on Friday morning;
- Working hours: Sunday night through Thursday night: 1st shift 21:45–06:00, 2nd shift 13:45–22:00, 3rd shift 05:45–14:00;
- A position covered by the Convenience Food Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Gemaksvoeding);
