Become a Production Worker in Dussen! Earn between €2,600 and €3,200 gross per month in a full-time day shift position.
Over de functie
As a Production Worker, you are an important part of the production process. You will work on one of the production lines and ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Motivation and commitment are more important than experience – you will learn the rest on the job! You will work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
What does your work involve?
The production department consists of 8 production lines. On each line, you will work together with 4 colleagues:
- 1 colleague at the end of the conveyor belt, responsible for product inspection and removal.
- 3 colleagues working with the moulds, operating machines and filling the moulds.
What will you be doing?
- Starting, operating, and monitoring the production line.
- Working with moulds and supporting the production process.
- Monitoring the quality of concrete products.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Contributing ideas for improvements to the production process.
How physically demanding is the work?
The work is generally not physically demanding. The most physical part involves shovelling concrete back when it falls beside the moulds. However, when the machines are properly adjusted, this rarely happens.

- A salary between €2,600 and €3,200 gross per month as a Production Worker;
- Working day shifts, 38 hours per week;

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;
