Become a Production Worker in Dussen. Earn between €2600 and €3200 per month for a full-time daytime position.
Over de functie
As a production worker, you are an important link in the production process. You work on one of the production lines and ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Motivation and commitment are more important than experience; the rest will be taught to you! You work day shifts from 7:00 to 16:00.
What does your work look like?
The production consists of 8 production lines, where you work on each line together with 4 colleagues:
- 1 colleague at the end of the line (product inspection and removal).
- 3 colleagues at the molds (machine operation and filling of molds).
What will you do?
- Start up, operate, and monitor the production line.
- Work with molds and support the production process.
- Monitor the quality of concrete products.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements.
How physically demanding is the work?
The work is generally not physically demanding. The most physical task is scooping back concrete that ends up outside the molds. However, when the machines are properly set, this rarely occurs.

- Salary between €2600 and €3200 per month as a production worker;
- Day shifts for 38 hours per week;
