Over de functie
As a Production Worker, you will work on the production floor, where metal components are prepared, treated and finished. Your tasks may include hanging parts, degreasing, powder coating or spray painting components, followed by inspecting and packaging the finished products. You will ensure that all products are processed according to the production schedule and quality standards.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in coating through internal training and career development opportunities. With experience, you may progress into roles such as Powder Coater or Operator.
Together with your colleagues, you will help keep the workplace clean, safe and organised, because quality starts with a safe working environment.
This is a full-time position with working hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Flexibility is important, as you may work regular day shifts or staggered shifts.
What will you be doing?
- Preparing, hanging and finishing customer orders;
- Operating ovens, tools and production equipment;
- Inspecting and packaging products;
- Carrying out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks;
- Loading, unloading and preparing components for production;
- Contributing ideas to improve the production process;
- Supporting colleagues whenever needed.
